Black Female Mediators Network

There is a glaring void in the available mediators.

Representation of minorities leading the mediation process have been noted as a problem for years and yet little momentum has been generated to change this issue. Commemorating the 2018 Black History Month, The Black Female Mediators Network was established to bring minority Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) professionals together and share in the call for increasing diversity in ADR.
